You expect to see art hanging on the walls in our house, but the fruit basket? Somebody has confiscated the banana holder.

I can see McKenna now, with her finished watercolor, wandering and wondering, “Where can I hang this to dry?”

We provide for our children’s needs:  Food, clothing, shelter, and hang-to-dry spots.

When they were little I found their toys all around the house in odd places. Action figures tucked into the kitchen light fixture, Webkins posed on the banisters. I’m glad I’m still surprised. Home just wouldn’t be home without the accouterments.
